... Dense fog advisory in effect until 8 am CST this morning...

The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a dense
fog advisory... which is in effect until 8 am CST this morning.

Light winds... clear skies and wet ground will lead to widespread
dense fog this morning. Visibilities of 1/4 mile can be expected
in many locations across south Texas. The dense fog is expected to
rapidly dissipate shortly after sunrise.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means that fog has reduced visibilities to
one-quarter of a mile or less for 2 or more hours.

Motorists are urged to drive with extreme caution and use low
beam headlights. Slow down and allow plenty of extra time to
reach your destination.
