Synopsis
Southerly winds and seas will increase later tonight and continue through Tuesday as a strong cold front approaches from the west. Showers and thunderstorms will develop in advance of the front mostly Tuesday and Tuesday night. Some storms may be strong or possibly severe. A strong west to northwest wind will follow in the wake of the front on Wednesday...gradually subsiding Wednesday afternoon through early Thursday as high pressure builds over the north central Gulf. Northerly winds and seas will build late Saturday as another cold front moves south over the marine area.

South winds 20 to 25 knots becoming southwest 25 to 30 knots with higher gusts in the late evening...then becoming west late. Seas 6 to 9 feet. Bays and coastal waterways rough. Periods of showers and thunderstorms.
