An area of low pressure off the NY coast is expected to strengthen as it moves south today before moving off to the northeast Tuesday. An area of high pressure will build in from the west behind the low Tuesday night. A weak coastal low will pass just offshore on Thursday with high pressure building back in for the weekend.
